using the current 'Fault Status' link will see significant improvements both in terms of
functionality and presentation.
In brief the current fault status will change to offer similar
functionality to the recently improved order status. The main improvements are:-
1. Greatly Improved look and feel.
2. Greatly improved search & filter facility will aid in the
management of the faults list
3. Ability to easily identify faults that require more information
4. The ability to perform a simultaneous search on both open and
closed faults.
5. Ability to add information to an existing fault and bring it to
the attention of the Service Centre.
6. A two way electronic communication channel, reducing the need for
time consuming phone calls.
