OFCOM NOTIFICATIONS - Narrative Support for Waivers and General Notifications

Each year, BT sends a significant number of Notifications to OFCOM under the obligations of the Communications Act 2003 to publish prices and terms and conditions on which BT offers to provide its services. In the majority of cases the changes are self explanatory, such as new Notices, price and / or text changes marked in italics. However in a small number of cases changes are not easily identified by users and this can lead to queries being raised with BT. Examples of these can be deletions or the change of location of text or tables, where the content has not changed.
