What are Ofcom Notifications?

This document contains copies of the price changes, new prices and changes to terms and conditions which BT has notified in advance to the OFCOM. BT is obliged to notify such changes to OFCOM under the terms of the Communications Act 2003. Notification is not required for many of BT's products and services and proposed changes to these prices are not included within this schedule. Notifications are in the format of revised copies of the relevant parts of the BT Price List and within each document the proposed changes are shown in italics. OFCOM may, at the request of BT, agree to a shorter period of notification for a price change, new price or change to terms and conditions, considering each case on its merits.

Where this has occurred the entry in the schedule is qualified thus:- "Waiver" For further information about individual waivers please see the Oftel Notifications - Narrative Support for Waivers and General Notifications at http://www.serviceview.bt.com/list/public/notifs/ofcom_narrative.htm Entries are listed in the order of notification to OFCOM with the most recent appearing at the top. A Notification is removed from the schedule on the date when its period of notice expires, at which point the price change is incorporated into the BT Price List.
