This Notice replaces Notice 06/08

This special offer is available to eligible new and existing residential customers who agree to sign up to Unlimited Weekend Plan or Unlimited Evening & Weekend Plan for an initial minimum period of 12 months, between 1st July 2008 and 31st December 2008 (inclusive), and any 12 month renewal period. These customers will receive inclusive Mobile Saver for the duration of the 12 month minimum period and any 12 month renewal period.

The saving will be shown on the bill, under the Promotion Discounts section, or if you have paper-free billing, this will be shown on your e-bill. If you are a Pay&Call customer the saving will be added your BT Pay&Call Moneybox account.

Customers must stay on their associated BT calling plan for the duration of the special offer minimum period, and any renewal period, unless they wish to upgrade. Customers may not downgrade within the special offer minimum period and any renewal period.

At the end of the minimum period and any renewal period a charge, currently £1.50inc VAT per month or £4.50inc VAT for every three month period, will apply for Mobile Saver.

Customers ceasing service during the minimum period and any renewal period will be asked to pay, as a single payment, a sum which is equal to the total of the standard BT Calling Plan charges the customer is on at the time of cancellation (currently £11.75inc VAT per month for Unlimited Weekend Plan, £14.45inc VAT per month for Unlimited Evening & Weekend Plan or £17.70inc VAT for Unlimited Anytime Plan) left in the minimum period and any renewal period.

Eligibility:

The special offer is available to customers with one of the following services:

- Unlimited Weekend Plan, Unlimited Evening & Weekend Plan, or Unlimited Anytime Plan

- Local Calls Option

- BT Working Together (for residential lines)

- BT Working Together Talk (for residential lines)

- BT In Contact Plus

- BT Pay&Call

- Light User Scheme

- BT Basic

Service is provided under the Conditions for BT Telephony Services and the additional conditions set out below:

1. At the end of the 12 month minimum period or any renewal period this contract will be automatically renewed for a further 12 month period unless you tell us you do not want to continue. We will write to you nearer the time to remind you that the end of your minimum period or renewal period is approaching and letting you know what to do should you not wish to renew this special offer.

2. BT Together - Local Calls Option, BT Working Together, BT Working Together Talk, BT InContact Plus and the Light User Scheme are no longer available for new supply, so customers taking this Special Offer will not be able to return to these packages.

3. Customers taking this Special Offer on Unlimited Weekend Plan must remain on Unlimited Weekend Plan for a minimum period of 12 months and any 12 months renewal period from the date of purchase, unless they wish to upgrade to Unlimited Evening & Weekend Plan or Unlimited Anytime Plan. If customers upgrade to Unlimited Evening & Weekend Plan or Unlimited Anytime Plan, they will not be able to return to Unlimited Weekend Plan within the minimum period and any renewal period. Customers taking this Special Offer on Unlimited Evening & Weekend Plan must remain on Unlimited Evening & Weekend Plan for the minimum period and any renewal period from the date of purchase, unless they wish to upgrade to Unlimited Anytime Plan. If customers upgrade to Unlimited Anytime Plan, they will not be able to return to Unlimited Weekend Plan or Unlimited Evening & Weekend Plan within the minimum period and any renewal period. Customers may not downgrade to Unlimited Weekend Plan or Unlimited Evening & Weekend Plan within the minimum period and any renewal period.

4. Customers who qualify for BT Basic may migrate without fulfilling the remainder of their minimum period and any renewal period.

5. Customers moving home and retaining an account with BT will take any remaining minimum renewal period with them.

6. At the end of the minimum period and any renewal period, customers will remain on their Calling Plan and pay the normal fee for Mobile Saver, currently £1.50inc VAT per month or £4.50inc VAT for every three month period.

7. Customers who are still in term with some other residential offers are excluded from this Special Offer.

8. BT reserves the right to withdraw this Special Offer at any time.
