Section 55:Personal (Residential) Customer Options

Part 4:Calling Plans - Mobile Saver (Formerly known as BT Together - CallMobile Option)


Subpart 2:Mobile Saver inclusive with Unlimited Evening & Weekend Plan with a 12 month renewal contract

This tariff is available to eligible new and existing residential customers who agree to take Unlimited Evening & Weekend Plan for an initial minimum period of 12 months and any 12 month renewal period. This tariff is available for new supply from 16th September 2008 for customers who opt in.

This tariff allows customers selecting a 12 month renewal contract on Unlimited Evening & Weekend Plan to benefit from a discount of £2.70inc VAT per month plus a discount of £1.50inc VAT per month in respect of Mobile Saver. The full charge for Line Rental of £10.50inc VAT* per month will apply during the initial minimum period and any renewal period. Mobile Saver call prices for calls to UK Mobiles are detailed in Section 55 Part 4 Sub part 1 of this Price List. We will apply a total monthly credit of £4.20( £3.58exc VAT) to the customer's bill in the Promotions Discount section, or if the customer has paper-free billing the discounts will be shown on their e-bill. For Pay&Call customers the credits will be added to their Pay&Call Moneybox account.

Customers taking this tariff must remain on Unlimited Evening & Weekend Plan for the initial minimum period of 12 months from the date of sign up and any 12 month renewal period.

Customers ceasing service during the initial minimum period or any renewal period will be asked to pay, as a single payment, a sum which is equal to the total of the standard charges left in the 12 month initial minimum period or any renewal period. This charge is £14.45inc VAT per month.

Customers ceasing this tariff at the end of the minimum period or any renewal period will remain on the Unlimited Evening & Weekend Plan and Mobile Saver tariffs and pay the standard charges, currently £13.20* inc VAT per month for Unlimited Evening and Weekend Plan, which includes line rental, and £1.50inc VAT per month for Mobile Saver. Customers wishing to move to a new Calling Plan or cancel Mobile Saver may do so by contacting BT.

This tariff is available to eligible new and existing residential customers with one of the following:

BT Working Together (for residential lines)

BT Working Together (for residential lines) Talk

BT In Contact Plus

Light User Scheme

BT Basic

BT Pay&Call

Service is provided under the Conditions for BT Telephony Services and the additional conditions set out below:

1. BT Together - Local Calls Option, BT Working Together, BT Working Together Talk, Light User Scheme and In Contact Plus are no longer available for new supply, so customers taking this tariff will not be able to return to these packages.

2. Customers cannot generally upgrade or downgrade during the minimum period or any renewal period. Customers should contact BT for further information about moving or upgrading as some exceptions may apply.

3. Customers who qualify for BT Basic may migrate without fulfilling the remainder of their initial minimum period or any renewal period.

4. Customers moving home and retaining an account with BT will take any remaining initial minimum period or renewal period with them.

5. At the end of the initial minimum period of 12 months or any renewal period, this tariff will be automatically renewed for a further 12 month period unless the customer tells BT that they do not wish to continue. BT will write to the customer nearer the time to remind them that the end of their initial minimum period or renewal period is approaching, and letting them know what to do should they not wish to renew this tariff.

6. BT reserves the right to withdraw this tariff at any time.

7. All prices are subject to change.

8. At the end of the 12 month initial minimum period this contract will be automatically renewed for a further 12 month period commencing on expiry of the previous minimum period ("renewal date"). If the customer does not wish to renew this contract, they must let BT know before the renewal date.

* For Customers who have Paper-free billing and pay by Direct Debit or Monthly Payment Plan.

If customers do not pay by Direct Debit or Monthly Payment Plan they will be charged a payment processing fee of £1.50per month or £4.50for every three month period by BT Payment Services Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of BT. This fee is not subject to VAT. This fee will be deducted from any money paid before any payment is allocated against charges for service. All amounts due which are not paid by Direct Debit or Monthly Payment Plan will be collected by BT Payments Services Limited.

The £1.25 inc VAT Paper-free billing discount is only available to customers paying by Direct Debit or the Monthly Payment Plan and who spend at least £10.49inc VAT ( £8.92exc VAT) on rental charges. Not all of our services are available for Paper-free billing.
