This Notice replaces Notice 38/07 BT Together Option 2 - Evening and Weekend Calls Tariff |
This new tariff is available to eligible new and existing residential customers who agree to take BT Together Option 2, for a minimum period of 18 months. This tariff has been available to order since 1st September 2007. |
This tariff allows customers selecting an 18 month contract on BT Together Option 2 to benefit from a discount of ?2 per month in the first year. Evening and Weekend calls, to UK landlines, for up to an hour, will be provided at a cost of ?0.70 per month for 12 months, rising to ?2.70 from month 13. For the first 12 months, the total package fee will amount to ?11.20* per month, made up of line rental, which is ?10.50* per month and ?0.70 per month for UK Evenings and Weekend calls. After 12 months and for the remaining six months of the minimum commitment period, customers will pay ?14.45* per month. |
We will apply monthly credits of ?2.00 to the customer?s bill in the Promotions Discount section so that only the introductory price is paid in the first year. |
On launching the BT Together Option 2 18 month minimum term package we will promote an introductory offer that provides a further discount of ?0.70 a month in the first year. This means that for customers signing up between 1st September 2007 and 11th February 2008 (inclusive) Evening and Weekend calls, to UK landlines, for up to an hour, will be provided for free, for 12 months, rising to ?2.70 from month 13. For 12 months, the total package fee will amount to ?10.50* per month, made up of line rental, which is ?10.50* per month and ?0 per month for UK Evenings and Weekend calls. After 12 months and for the remaining six months of the minimum commitment period, customers will pay ?14.45* per month. |
Customers taking this tariff must remain on BT Together Option 2 for 18 months from the date of sign up. |
Customers ceasing service during the minimum term of the tariff will be asked to pay, as a single payment, a sum which is equal to the total of the standard BT Together Option charges they are on at the time of cancellation (?14.45 per month for BT Together Option 2 or ?17.70 per month for BT Together Option 3) left in the 18 month minimum term. |

Service is provided under the Conditions for BT Telephony Services and the additional conditions set out below: |
1. BT Together - Local Calls Option, BT Working Together, BT Working Together Talk, Light User Scheme and In Contact Plus are no longer available for new supply, so customers taking this tariff will not be able to return to these packages. |
2. Customers may upgrade to BT Together Option 3, within the 18 month minimum period, but may not downgrade to Option 1 or subsequently return to Option 2. |
3. Customers who qualify for BT Basic may migrate without fulfilling the remainder of their 18 month minimum term. |
4. Customers moving home and retaining an account with BT will take the remaining period of the minimum term with them. |
5. At the end of the minimum term of 18 months, customers will remain on BT Together Option 2 and pay the normal fee, of ?13.95* (inc VAT) per month.
Customers wishing to move to a new option at the end of the minimum term of 18 months may do so by contacting BT.

6. Customers who are still in term with some other residential offers are excluded from this special offer. |
7. BT reserves the right to withdraw this tariff at any time. |

* For Customers who have Paper-free billing and pay by Direct Debit or Monthly Payment Plan. If you do not pay by direct debit or monthly payment plan you will be charged a payment processing fee of ?1.50 per month or ?4.50 for every three month period by BT Payment Services Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of BT. This fee will be deducted from any money paid before any payment is allocated against charges for your service. You will not be charged a payment processing fee if you are a Pay&Call, Light User Scheme or InContact Plus customer. All amounts due which are not paid by direct debit or monthly payment plan will be collected by BT Payments Services Limited. |
