This Special Offer applies to the following Eligible Private Circuits ordered between 30th April 2008 and 30th July 2008:

MegaStream 1

MegaStream 2 (including Genus)

MegaLine 2

Prime MegaStream.

The Special Offer will only apply where the Eligible Private Circuits are ordered under:

i. New Prime and NetStream Corporate and NetStream Enterprise Contracts with a minimum period of 2 or more years; or

ii. Existing Prime and NetStream Corporate and Enterprise Contracts with an outstanding duration of 2 or more years.

All Private Circuits ordered under this Special Offer must be for installation by 30th August 2008.

Exceptionally, if BT accepts a Private Circuit order under this Special Offer but is unable to install such circuit before 30th August 2008, this Special Offer will remain valid in respect of that individual circuit order unless the delay is due to default by the Customer.

Pricing Information:

For the Eligible Private Circuits, the following Connection Charges will be waived:

- Connection charges for Singleton Site, Deemed Sites and Multiple (Existing) Sites where a Multiple Site Fee has been paid

- Local End Connection Charges, Main Link Connection Charges

- KiloStream N to MegaStream 1 Upgrades

- Internal & External Shifts

Special Offer Conditions:

The Special Offer discounts will only apply to the Connection Charges of a UK Private Circuit.

The Special Offer also applies to external & internal shifts provided that the BT Price List criteria are met.

This Special Offer does not apply to the new Multiple Site Fee Connection Charge.

The Private Circuit Reduced Charges Scheme (Provision) (BT Price List, Section 12, Part 9, General Information Sub part titled Performance Scheme for Provision) will not be applicable to Private Circuits under this Special Offer.

All Private Circuits ordered under this Special Offer will be subject to a 12 month Minimum Period.

BT reserves the right to amend or withdraw this Special Offer at anytime.

Service is provided subject to BT's Standard Conditions for Prime, NetStream Corporate or NetStream Enterprise or Private Services as appropriate.
