Early Termination Charges - 12 Month Minimum Period Contracts Only

If the contract is terminated during the minimum period of 12 months, the customer will pay BT the full rental for the remainder of the 12 month period (exclusive of VAT)

VAT will not be applied to these charges.

The charge will be waived if the contract is terminated as a result of BT ;

• Increasing its charges
• Changing the terms and conditions.

Both of the above must be to the Customer's significant disadvantage for the termination charge to be waived.
