(a) Where FN1000 analogue, FN1000 digital or FN5000 Access Lines are provided to the same physical site, they will each be priced separately for Site and Access charges. |
(b) Customers with FN1000 Access Lines, who have come to the end of their contract, can migrate to Option D without being charged the set-up fee for any additional Lines. The conversion fee will be charged for all existing lines, including new ones provided at the time of conversion. |
(c) Customers who are still within the term of their existing contracts (21 A/B/C/D/E) can migrate to these terms on a per site basis, but will start a new term contract and will be charged the Conversion Fee for each channel converted to Option D under their new contract. |
(d) Local networking is included, which provides OnNet calls within the same Charge Group at no charge, for customers with NNC based networks. |
(e) Total Care is included in the rental charges. |
(f) For FeatureNet 1000 Digital Sites ordered from 11th September, a minimum of 8 digital FN1000 Access Lines are required per digitally served site, for sites ordered prior to that date, a minimum of 5 digital FN1000 Access Lines are required per digitally served site. |
(g) Analogue FN1000 Access Lines are available on an individual basis. |
(h) A minimum of 30 digital Access Lines are required under Site Option D. |
(i) For every 20 Access Lines purchased at a site on Option D, customers will automatically obtain an additional 10 lines. |
(j) These prices refer to new supply only. Existing lines, served using AC15 or Back-to-Back Mux technology delivered under previous price schemes, will be charged the Standard Access Line Rental under this pricing scheme. |
(k) Three access lines, with additional queuing facilities, are used per console. |
(l) Only payable if there is more than one FN5000 site connected to the network. |
(m) Terminating service at "Hub" sites before the end of the contract term for associated small/auxiliary sites will result in remaining small/auxiliary sites being converted to standard prevailing FN5000 tariffs. |
(n) Overflow and Near-end Break Out calls (OffNet PSTN) from a site within the cluster are charged as originating from the charge group in which it is located and are based on location of the destination charge group. |
(o) Individual standard and auxiliary tariffed sites within a cluster can have the same or different Site Location Codes, even if they are not in the same charge group. Site Location Codes are not used for call charging or billing. All sites will have Directory Numbers (DN's) with a National Number Group (NNG) associated with the charge group, within which the site resides and calls will be charged as from the DN. In some geographical locations DN's appropriate to the charge group may not be available and services will not be offered at such locations. |
(p) For sites outside the serving exchange area of the "Hub" site distance related charges apply based on the radial distance between the serving exchanges of the "Hub" and the auxiliary site. |
(q) Where variants of Signalling Unit 100A + PSU21A are required the price given in Section 5, Part of the BT Price List/Pricing Manual will supersede those quoted here. |
(r) Distance for rental purposes, is measured as the radial distance between the charge points of the 2 relevant Charge Groups. |
(s) Does not apply if overflow is requested by the customer on initial provision of a route consisting of co-routed National Networking Channels. |
(t) Calls are timed to an accuracy of one tenth-of-a-second and are subject to a minimum call charge of 3.5p. For billing purposes the call charge is rounded up to the next half penny. |
(u) Remote Break Out (RBO) calls are restricted to charge groups containing a customers' directly connected site and adjacent charge groups |
(v) The Network charge applies only once per customer network. The ASU charge applies to each ASU where customer has sites requiring this service. |
(w) Standard FeatureNet ACD systems are those which do not use network capabilities (ie supergroup or NACD working) |
(x) The per terminal (ie remote MIS terminal 1) price is a per the standard FNet Management Datastream line pricing. Additional terminals connected to a ACD MIS host are chargeable under the current FEATURENET MANAGEMENT DATASTREAM LINE prices. Therefore the "plus per terminal attached (inc. software)" set up fees will apply. |
(y) The FeatureNet Attendant Console is no longer available for new provision. |
