A Local Access Circuit in the reverse direction qualifies for the same discount as the outbound route (e.g. if there are 16 outbound circuits and 1 Reverse Path, the Reverse Path also qualifies for a 10% discount).

Bulk Discounts - Inter-CNAP Discounts (Forward Direction)

Inter-CNAP Discounts are available on BNT circuits in the same direction over wholly the same route.
