BT MediaNet 34, BT MediaNet 155, BT MediaNet 34 Silver & BT MediaNet 155 Silver - Shift Charges

Shift Charges	Charge
(i)Shift of one end of a circuit within original building:	Connection Charge X 0.33
(ii)Shift of one end of a circuit within a single BT exchange area:	Connection Charge X 0.50
(iii)Shift of one or both ends of a circuit outside a single BT exchange area:	The existing circuit will be ceased without early termination charges subject to: i)The Customer contracting to a new circuit for a new minimum term contract no shorter than the balance of the original minimum term contract and; ii)payment of a new Connection Charge.

Circuit Shifts are subject to the following conditions:
(i) The circuit is shifted without requiring the installation of new equipment.
(ii) The Customer will accept a break in service while work is being carried out.
