Part 2:Vision Circuits - National

Subpart 5:FacilityLine 270Mbit/s Digitally Presented Component Vision Circuits(ITU-R Recommendation BT.601)

Conditions

Any Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) rental or usage is subject to separate Terms and Conditions and any charges are in addition to the charges for this service.

The Conditions applying to the provision of FacilityLine 270Mbit/s Digitally Presented Component Vision circuits, other than the 10-year minimum term contract, shall be `BT's Conditions for FacilityLine Vision Circuits' with the following additional Conditions:

(i)The Customer is responsible for obtaining the permission to send or receive material from any third party to which the service relates.
(ii)The service is only available within a Radial Distance of 30.0km around BT Tower in London. The charges for the service include any switching charges.

For a 10-year minimum term, charges will be escalated annually in line with the following formula:

	C1 =	C0(1+((X-1)/100))
where	C1 =	Charge for the current year,
	C0 =	Charge for the previous year,
	X =	The arithmetic mean of the percentage increases in the Retail Price Index for each of the 12 months immediately preceding the date of anniversary over the Retail Price Index for each of the corresponding 12 months immediately preceding those 12 months.

The Conditions applying to the provision of FacilityLine 270Mbit/s Digital Presented Component Vision circuits for the 10-year minimum term shall be `BT's Conditions for 10-year FacilityLine Services', which are available upon request.
