The Service is subject to a Minimum Period of 12 months per End User. In the event of Service being terminated during the Minimum Period, the Customer will be liable for the remainder of any outstanding charges for the Minimum Period.

Wireless Symmetric Broadband is a point to multipoint radio based Fixed Wireless Access that provides a means of coverage over areas that are not within reach of SDSL Broadband. The `always on' Service is independent of telephony and therefore the End User's telephone line is not used.

Wireless Symmetric Broadband is an always on Internet access service for business that offers symmetric 2Mbps service contended at 10:1.

The product is only available in selected areas across Lincolnshire.

At each Customer premises, a trained technician will need to erect a small external antenna. Planning permission is not normally required as the antenna falls within the existing definition of `small antenna'. Where planning permission is required, this will be managed by BT.
