Where a caller using Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) dials in to a customer who has a private branch exchange (PBX), the line terminates the incoming call to the PBX which is then distributed directly to the extension which forms the last part of the national number.
Eligibility
This service is available to all customers with a PBX
The appropriate Out-of Area exchange line tariffs apply in addition to the standard DDI rates.
These charges apply to all installations (excluding BT ISDN 30 installations).
These charges are in addition to standard tariffs for business exchange lines (including Low Loss exchange lines where provided), see Part 2 of this Section
