The option is available on a per account basis (where all lines on the account are at a single address) to all residential customers with one of the following Calling Plans in this Section: Unlimited Weekend Plan, Unlimited Evening & Weekend Plan, Unlimited Anytime Plan, BT Together - Local Calls Option, BT Working Together and BT Working Together - Talk, excluding customers who have:

• -Light User Scheme
• -BT In Contact Plus (including Limited Outgoing Calls customers)
• -Business Lines
• -Lines not provided by BT
• -Public Payphone Lines
• -Payphone Lines rented at the concessionary rate
• -Out of Area Lines
• -Exchange Lines provided at non served premises
• -Service Provider Calls & Access
• -ISDN Lines
• -Shared Service lines
• -Telepoint
• -Temporary lines
• -BT Basic
