- -ISDN30 Lines
- -Shared Service lines
- -Telepoint
- -Temporary lines
- -Low Loss Lines
- -FeatureLines
- -Alarm Lines
- -Outgoing Calls Barred/Temporary Out Of Service Accounts (see below for further information)

Existing accounts which BT has made Outgoing Calls Barred/Temporary Out Of Service are excluded from BT Working Together - Talk. |
Where lines/accounts are Outgoing Calls Barred/Temporary Out Of Service at customer's request they should not be excluded from BT Working Together - Talk. |
BT Working Together - Talk customers who are subsequently made Outgoing Calls Barred/Temporary Out Of Service by either BT or at customer's own request can remain on the package. |
