• -Out of Area Lines
• -Exchange Lines provided at non served premises
• -Service Provider Calls & Access
• -BT Res. Official lines
• -Shared Service lines
• -Telepoint
• -Temporary lines
• -Low Loss lines
• -FeatureLines
• -Alarm lines
• -ISDN2 lines
• -ISDN30 lines
• -Outgoing Calls Barred/Temporary Out Of Service Accounts (see below for further information)

and the product is available to all residential customers on a per account basis (where all lines on the account are at a single address) excluding customers who have:

• -Line Rental Plan
• -Unlimited Weekend Plan
• -BT Together - Local Calls Option
• -BT Working Together - Talk
• -Unlimited Evening & Weekend Plan
• -Unlimited Anytime Plan
• -Friends & Family
• -Friends & Family Auto Update
• -BestFriend

Customers using PSTN split lines will not be able to take BT Working Together (Residential) on Home Highway or ISDN lines.
