BT Working Together is an account based opt in all inclusive package for business customers, available on accounts where all lines are at the same address. The overall package fee includes BT Working Together pence per minute call rates, line rental, a single call allowance per account, Friends & Family Gold, up to 3 inclusive BT Calling Features. The package, available on PSTN, Business Highway (Business Highway has been withdrawn from new supply with effect from 10 April 2006) and ISDN2e lines, also includes an option for reduced connection and conversion to new and additional Business Highway Lines.
