PSTN Lines

BT Working Together is available for an inclusive fee of £67.70 exc. VAT/ £79.55inc. VAT per quarter which includes the following:

-Line Rental (for 1 line only - additional exchange lines are charged at the standard rate)

-BT Working Together pence per minute rates (see tables 1,2,3, and 4).

-Quarterly Call Allowance of £22.98 exc. VAT/£27.00 inc VAT.

-Friends & Family Gold (see product description below)

-3 inclusive BT Calling Features (see list below)

-Connection of new PSTN lines (including additional lines) at £106.37 exc. VAT (£124.99 inc. VAT) per line.

BusinessHighway Lines (Business Highway has been withdrawn for new supply with effect from 10 April 2006)

BT Working Together is available for an inclusive fee of £159.70 exc. VAT per quarter which includes the following:

-Line Rental (for 1 line only - additional PSTN exchange lines are charged at the standard rate, additional Business Highway Lines are charged at the `Low Start' rate - see section 11)

-BT Working Together pence per minute rates (see tables 1,2,3 and 4)

-Quarterly Call Allowance £60.00 exc. VAT/£70.50 inc. VAT

-Friends & Family Gold (see product description below)

-3 inclusive BT Calling Features or Digital Select Services (see list below).

-Connection of new and additional BusinessHighway lines (Business Highway has been withdrawn from new supply with effect from 10 April 2006) at £149.99 exc.VAT (£176.24 inc. VAT).

-Conversion of existing PSTN line to Business Highway (Business Highway has been withdrawn from new supply with effect from 10 April 2006) at £49.50 exc. VAT (£58.17 inc. VAT) per line.

ISDN2e Lines

BT Working Together is available for an inclusive fee of £149.67 exc. VAT/£175.87 inc. VAT per quarter which includes the following:

-Line Rental (for 1 line only - additional PSTN exchange lines are charged at the standard rate. additional ISDN2e Lines are charged at the `Low Start' rate - see section 11)

-BT Working Together pence per minute rates (see tables 1,2,3 and 4)

-Quarterly Call Allowance £60.00 exc. VAT/£70.50 inc. VAT

-Friends & Family Gold (see product description below)

-3 inclusive BT Calling Features or Digital Select Services (see list below).

There is no new supply of ISDN2e within BT Working Together.

ISDN2 customers must convert to ISDN2e (at the appropriate conversion price - see section 11) before taking BT Working Together.

PSTN/Business Highway/ISDN2e Lines (Business Highway has been withdrawn from new supply with effect from 10 April 2006)

Call Prices

The BT Working Together pence per minute (ppm) rates will be subject to further discount by the Friends & Family Gold calling circle.

Calls to local Number Translation Service (NTS) numbers will be charged at the Local Day/Evening/Weekend rates as shown in the `Geographic Inland Direct Dialled PPM Prices' table. Local NTS numbers are those shown in Section 2 Part 13 of the BT Price List with a Categorisation for Customer Options of `3'.

Calls to national NTS numbers will be charged at the rates shown in the `Inland National NTS Direct Dialled PPM Prices' table. National NTS numbers are those shown in Section 2 Part 13 of the BT Price List with a Categorisation for Customer Options of `4'.

IDD Circuit Switched 64k Data Calls will be charged at the standard rate.

Calls of any type for which there is no BT Working Together ppm rate specified will be charged at the standard rate.

A Set up Fee applies to each call see General Notes sub part 4.

Call Allowance

Call Types eligible for the Call Allowance must be direct dialled calls as follows:

-Local, National & International

-Inmarsat

-The above call types using Ring Me Free

-The above call types using a Chargecard

-IDD Circuit Switched 64k Data Calls

-Calls to numbers shown in Section 2 Part 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 or 16 of the BT Price List with a Categorisation for Customer Options of 3, 7, 8, 9, 10 or 11.

Call Types not eligible for Call Allowance:

-Operator Controlled calls

-Chargecard calls via the Operator

-Emsat calls

-Inmarsat M4 High Speed Data calls

-BT Calling Feature Facility fees

-Credit call Charges

-Calls to numbers shown in Section 2 Part 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 or 16 of the BT Price List with a Categorisation for Customer Options of 1, 2, 4, 5, or 6.

-Iridium calls

-Thuraya calls.

VAT figures are normally rounded up. In the case of the inclusive call allowance the costs shown are inclusive of VAT rounded down to the nearest whole penny or part. They are based upon the current rate of tax of 17.5%, that is 17.5p per pound.
