Please note: These Call Pricing Schemes apply to Featureline Corporate only and not Embark.

The call discounts shown below are a discount against BT's base call price for each call classification excluding Local,National and Mobile (See Section 2 Part 1). The call discount for Local calls are a discount against a base rate of 4pdaytime and 1pevening & weekend. The call discount for National calls are a discount against a base rate of 8pdaytime, 4pevening and 1.5pweekend. The call discount for Mobile calls for FM1, FM3, FM4 and FM5 are a discount against a base rate of 11.23p. FM6 is discounted against a base rate of 16.7p

The call discount for International Direct Dialled (IDD) Calls are against calls detailed in table 1 below.

A Minimum Call Charge of 5p will apply to each call less the discount applicable to that call type. The Call Set-up Fee will not apply to Featureline Corporate calls.(see Section 2 Part 1 and General Notes sub part 4)

No other BT line or Site-based call price discount packages are available on the Customer's Featureline Corporate network.

On Net Call - when a call is made within the Featureline Corporate Network using the Site Location Code + Extension Number.

Off Net Call - when a call is made using the full PSTN Number.

NB On-Net to On-Net means calls made from Featureline Corporate Access Lines, Centrex or Digital, to Featureline Corporate Access Lines, Centrex or Digital, in other Sites using the Customers Featureline Corporate Network Dial Plan. On-Net to Off Net means all other calls.

1) "Local" includes calls to any number range shown as 3 under Categorisation for Customer Options in Section 2 Parts 12 & 13

2) Discounts are not available on calls to International Directory Enquiries or on Calls to numbers shown in Section 2 Part 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 or 16 of the BT Price List with a Categorisation for Customer Options of 5, 7 or 8.

3) "Mobile and Premium rate" means calls to any number range shown as 1, 2 or 4 under Categorisation for Customer Options in Section 2 Parts 12, 13 & 14

4) Calls within the following "International" number ranges are discounted at the rate applicable to "Mobile and Premium rate" calls.

0087060, 0087160, 0087260, 0087360, 0087460 (Immarsat M4 HSD) and 0088213 (Emsat)

5) Discounts do not apply to operator controlled calls and Creditcall calls.

6) Within the UK calls made with a BT Chargecard will be charged at the standard Chargecard rate, calls to BT Helpdesks 0800 7312494 / 345144 / 3285144 and 7839091 remain zero charged. These calls made with a BT Chargecard, may be eligible for discounts.

All calls made from abroad with a BT Chargecard will be charged at the appropriate standard Chargecard rate from the country of origin.
