• i) Business Broadband Voice Plus fees are as follows:

Business Broadband Voice Plus is:-

1. Subject to a fair usage policy . See Condition, sub part 3 of this Part for more details.

2. Inclusive of a zero charge for all UK Local and National geographic Calls (applies to numbers beginning 01 and 02 excluding Channel Islands, Republic of Ireland) and BBV Calls to BBV Numbers up to one hour. After one hour all UK Local and National geographic Calls will be charged at the pence per minute rate which is 3.5 pence per minute (excluding VAT) charge will be applied on the remaining duration of the call.

3. International Direct Dialled Calls are charged at the rates stated for Business Broadband Voice (see ii) below

4. UK Fixed to UK mobile calls are charged at the rates stated for Business Broadband Voice (see ii) below) and

5. Except to the extent expressly amended above, is provided subject to all other charges (including any Special Offers and calls to Number Translation Service numbers 08XX) being applied in accordance with Business Broadband Voice.

Eligibility

1. Open to all UK businesses that order BT Business Broadband Voice when placing a new order or agreeing to a further minimum term for BT Business Total Broadband.

2. The connection fee for the first line only will be waived together with the monthly charges for the duration of the BT Business Broadband Voice contract

3. Conditions

3.1 Customers must have a BT PSTN line, order BT Business Broadband Voice and place an order or agree to a further minimum term for BT Business Total Broadband.

3.2 An outgoing call must be made using the first line within 90 days of placement of the order for BT Business Broadband Voice. Failure to do so will result in termination of the service to the first line.

3.3 This will not apply where the first line of the BT Business Broadband Voice service is provided to any UK businesses ordering the BT Business Broadband Voice Plus product.

3.4 Eligible customers wishing to switch to a free BT Business Broadband Voice line from an existing chargeable first line will be charged for any remaining period of the chargeable first line minimum period.

3.5 Except as expressly stated, the standard terms and conditions for the relevant service will apply in addition to these terms and conditions.

4. Notes

4.1 Any calls made using the BT Business Broadband Voice service must be paid for at applicable standard rates.

4.2 Any additional BT Business Broadband Voice lines will be subject to applicable standard monthly rental charges.

4.3 Please note that appropriate Business Broadband Voice Customer Equipment may be required (such as Broadband Voice Telephone Adapter).

• Appropriate Business Broadband Voice Customer Equipment ( a Broadband Voice Telephone Adapter may be required)

Calls

Business Broadband Voice calls are charged at BT Business Plan Lite tariffs, except where stated below.

Calls from Northern Ireland to the Republic of Ireland are charged as an International call as below (except where the call is being made from a Business Broadband Voice line which has a Northern Ireland geographic number associated with it, in which case, the call will be charged as a National call for BT Business Plan Lite).

There is no facility fee for 3 Way calls and any Reminder calls are charged as a local call

Calls to Local Number Translation Service (NTS) (0X45) numbers will be charged at BT Business Plan Lite tariffs.

Calls to National NTS (0870) numbers will be charged at BT Business Plan Lite tariffs.

International Direct Dialled Calls

Calls to International Direct Dialled (IDD) fixed phone numbers are capped, the applicable set up fee, pence per minute rate and cap per country are as follows. Call prices are subject to the Capped Call Fair usage policy (Sub part 3 refers).
