1. IDC Service is provided under BT's standard terms & conditions for Business Service. The Customer Service Guarantee Annex does not apply to the IDC Service.

2. BT's standard terms & conditions for Business Service are amended as follows:-

2.1 Temporary service is not available on IDC.

2.2 References to the Service Guarantee in BT’s standard terms and conditions for Business Service do not apply to IDC.

2.3 The 28 day notice period set out in the Conditions applies to IDC in place of the 7 day notice period set out in the Service Schedule.

2.4 The Customer Service Guarantee Annex does not apply to IDC.

3. IDC Service call charges are expressed in pence per minute. The actual call charge is calculated rounded up to the whole second. Prices on the call bill are shown excluding VAT, and each call charge is rounded up to a 10th of a penny.
