18/08 International Saver - 12 month renewable Special Offer

This special offer is available between 1st April 2008 and 30th September 2008 (inclusive) to eligible new and existing residential customers who agree to sign up to the Unlimited Weekend Plan, the Unlimited Evening and Weekend Plan or the Unlimited Anytime Plan for an initial minimum period of 12 months or any 12 month renewal period. These customers will receive inclusive International Saver for the duration of the minimum period or any renewal period.

The saving will be shown on the bill, under the Rental Charges section.

Customers must stay on their associated Calling Plan for the duration of the initial minimum period or any renewal period, unless they wish to upgrade. Customers may not downgrade within the minimum period or any renewal period.

Customers ceasing service during the minimum period or any renewal period will be asked to pay, as a single payment, a sum which is equal to the total of the standard Calling Plan charges the customer is on at the time of cancellation, currently £11.75 per month for the Unlimited Weekend Plan, £14.45 per month for the Unlimited Evening and Weekend Plan, or £17.70* per month for the Unlimited Anytime Plan) left in the initial minimum period or any renewal period.

Eligibility:

The special offer is available to customers with one of the following:

Unlimited Weekend Plan;

Unlimited Evening &Weekend Plan;

Unlimited Anytime Plan;

BT Local Calls Option;

BT Working Together (for residential lines);

BT Working Together Talk (for residential lines);

BT In Contact Plus;

BT Pay&Call;

Light User Scheme; or BT Basic.

Service is provided under the Conditions for BT Telephony Services and the additional conditions set out below:

1. BT Local Calls Option, BT Working Together, BT Working Together Talk, BT InContact Plus and the Light User Scheme are no longer available for new supply, so customers taking this special offer will not be able to return to these packages.

2. Customers who qualify for BT Basic may migrate without fulfilling the remainder of their initial minimum period or any renewal period.

3. Customers moving home and retaining an account with BT will take the remaining initial minimum period or any renewal period with them.

4.. Customers who are still in term with some residential offers or deals are excluded from this special offer.

5. At the end of each 12 month period the contract will be automatically renewed for a further 12 month minimum period unless you tell us you do not want to continue. We will write to you nearer the time to remind you that the end of your initial minimum period or renewal period is approaching and letting you know what to do should you not wish to renew your contract.

6. BT reserves the right to withdraw this special offer at any time.

7. All prices are subject to change.

* For customers who have paper-free billing (otherwise add £1.25 per month) and pay by Direct Debit or Monthly Payment Plan. If you do not pay by Direct Debit or Monthly Payment Plan you will be charged a payment processing fee of £1.50 per month or £4.50 for every three month period by BT Payment Services Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of BT. This fee is not subject to VAT. This fee will be deducted from any money paid before any payment is allocated against charges for the service. All amounts due which are not paid by Direct Debit or Monthly Payment Plan will be collected by BT Payment Services Limited.
