This special offer is available to eligible new and existing residential customers who agree to take the Unlimited Anytime Plan, for a minimum period of 18 months between 1st April 2008 and 30th September 2008 (inclusive).

The special offer price of £15.45* inc VAT per month for Unlimited Anytime Plan will be applied for each of the 18 months of the minimum period, thereafter the full price, currently £16.45* inc VAT per month will apply.

The saving will be shown on the bill, under the Rental Charges section. Customers taking this special offer must remain on the Unlimited Anytime Plan for 18 months from the date of purchase. Customers may not downgrade within the special offer minimum period.

Customers ceasing service during the minimum period will be asked to pay, as a single payment, a sum which is equal to the total of the standard Unlimited Anytime Plan charges (currently £17.70 per month) left in the 18 months minimum period

Service is provided under the Conditions for BT Telephony Services and the additional conditions set out below:

1. BT Together - Local Calls Option, BT Working Together, BT Working Together Talk, Light User Scheme and InContact Plus are no longer available for new supply, so customers taking this special offer will not be able to return to these packages.

2. Customers may not downgrade to Unlimited Weekend Plan or Unlimited Evening and Weekend Plan within the minimum period.

3. Customers who qualify for BT Basic may migrate without fulfilling the remainder of their 18 month minimum period.

4. Customers moving home and retaining an account with BT will take any remaining minimum period with them.

5. At the end of the minimum period, customers will remain on the Unlimited Anytime Plan and pay the current fee, of £16.45* (inc VAT) per month. Customers wishing to move to a new option at the end of the minimum period of 18 months may do so by contacting BT.

6. Most customers who have taken any other Calling Plan offer or deal and are still in term are excluded from this special offer. In some situations, swaps to another special offer or deal are allowed, meaning a customer’s original offer will cease, with no early termination charges, as long as a new offer or deal is commenced.

7. BT reserves the right to withdraw this special offer at any time

If you do not pay by direct debit or monthly payment plan, you will be charged a payment processing fee of £1.50 per month or £4.50 for every three month period by BT Payment Services Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of BT. This fee is not subject to VAT. This fee will be deducted from any money paid before any payment is allocated against charges for your service.

All amounts due which are not paid by direct debit or monthly payment plan will be collected by BT Payments Services Limited.
