This Notice replaces Notice 57/07 BT Together International Option - 12 month Special Offer

This special offer is available between 1st December 2007 and 31st March 2008 (inclusive) to eligible new and existing residential customers who agree to sign up to BT Together Option 1, 2 or 3 for a minimum period of 12 months. These customers will receive inclusive BT Together International - for the duration of the 12 month minimum period.

The saving will be shown on the bill, under the Promotion Discounts section.

Customers must stay on their associated BT Together Option for the duration of the special offer minimum period, unless they wish to upgrade. Customers may not downgrade within the special offer minimum period.

At the end of the minimum period a charge, currently £1.00inc VAT per month or £3.00inc VAT for every three month period, will apply for BT Together International Option.

Customers ceasing service during the minimum period will be asked to pay, as a single payment, a sum which is equal to the total of the standard BT Together Option charges the customer is on at the time of cancellation (currently £11. 75* per month for BT Together Option 1, £14.45* per month for BT Together Option 2 or £17.70 * for BT Together Option 3) left in the minimum period.

BT Working Together (for residential lines)

BT Working Together Talk (for residential lines)

BT In Contact Plus

BT Pay&Call

BT Basic

Service is provided under the Conditions for BT Telephony Services and the additional conditions set out below:

1. BT Together - Local Calls Option, BT Working Together, BT Working Together Talk, BT InContact Plus and the Light User Scheme are no longer available for new supply, so customers taking this special offer will not be able to return to these packages.

2. Customers taking this special offer on BT Together Option 1 must remain on BT Together Option 1 for a minimum period of 12 months from the date of purchase, unless they wish to upgrade to Option 2 or Option 3. If customers upgrade to BT Together Option 2 or 3, they will not be able to return to BT Together Option 1 within the minimum period. Customers taking this Special Offer on BT Together Option 2 must remain on BT Together Option 2 for the minimum period from the date of purchase, unless they wish to upgrade to BT Together Option 3. If customers upgrade to to BT Together Option 3, they will not be able to return to BT Together Option 1 or 2 within the minimum period.

3. Customers who qualify for BT Basic may migrate without fulfilling the remainder of their minimum period

4. Customers moving home and retaining an account with BT will take any remaining minimum period with them.

5. At the end of the minimum period ,customers will remain on their BT Together Option and pay the normal fee for BT Together International , currently £1.00inc VAT per month or £3.00inc VAT for every three month period.

6. Customers who are still in term with some other residential offers are excluded from this special offer

7. BT reserves the right to withdraw this special offer at any time.

8. All prices are subject to change.

* if you do not pay by direct debit or monthly payment plan you will be charged a payment processing fee of £1.50per month or £4.50 for every three month period by BT Payment Services Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of BT. This fee is not subject to VAT. This fee will be deducted from any money paid before any payment is allocated against charges for the service. All amounts due which are not paid by direct debit or monthly payment plan will be collected by BT Payment Services Limited.
