This special offer is available to eligible new and existing residential customers who agree to sign up to BT Together Option 1 or 2 for an initial minimum period of 18 months between 3rd January 2008 and 31 March 2008 and any 18 month renewal period. These customers will receive inclusive CallMobile for the duration of the 18 month minimum period and any 18 month renewal period. |
The saving will be shown on the bill, under the Promotion Discounts section. |
Customers must stay on their associated BT Together Option for the duration of the special offer minimum period, and any renewal period, unless they wish to upgrade. Customers may not downgrade within the special offer minimum period and any renewal period. |
At the end of the minimum period and any renewal period a charge, currently £1.50 inc VAT per month or £4.50 for every three month period, will apply for CallMobile. |
Customers ceasing service during the minimum period and any renewal period will be asked to pay, as a single payment, a sum which is equal to the total of the standard BT Together Option charges the customer is on at the time of cancellation (currently £11.75 per month for BT Together Option 1, £14.45 per month for BT Together Option 2 or £17.70 for BT Together Option 3) left in the minimum period and any renewal period. |

- BT Working Together (for residential lines)
- BT Working Together Talk (for residential lines)
- BT In Contact Plus
- BT Pay&Call
- Light User Scheme
- BT Basic

Service is provided under the Conditions for BT Telephony Services and the additional conditions set out below: |
1. At the end of the 18 month minimum period, this special offer will be automatically renewed for a further 18 month period commencing on expiry of the previous minimum period (“renewal date”). If the customer does not wish to renew this special offer, the customer must let BT know before the renewal date. |
2. BT Together - Local Calls Option, BT Working Together, BT Working Together Talk, BT InContact Plus and the Light User Scheme are no longer available for new supply, so customers taking this special offer will not be able to return to these packages. |
3. Customers taking this special offer on BT Together Option 1 must remain on BT Together Option 1 for a minimum period of 18 months and any 18 months renewal period from the date of purchase, unless they wish to upgrade to Option 2 or Option 3.
If customers upgrade to BT Together Option 2 or 3, they will not be able to return to BT Together Option 1 within the minimum period and any renewal period. Customers taking this special offer on BT Together Option 2 must remain on BT Together Option 2 for the minimum period and any renewal period from the date of purchase, unless they wish to upgrade to BT Together Option 3. If customers upgrade to BT Together Option 3, they will not be able to return to BT Together Option 1 or 2 within the minimum period and any renewal period. Customers may not downgrade to BT Together Option 1 or 2 within the minimum period and any renewal period.

4. Customers who qualify for BT Basic may migrate without fulfilling the remainder of their minimum period and any renewal period |
5. Customers moving home and retaining an account with BT will take any remaining minimum period or renewal period with them. |
6. At the end of the minimum period and any renewal period, customers will remain on their BT Together Option and pay the normal fee for CallMobile, currently £1.50 per month or £4.50 for every three month period. |
7. Customers who are still in term with some other residential offers are excluded from this special offer. |
8. BT reserves the right to withdraw this special offer at any time. |
9. All prices are subject to change. |
