This tariff is available to eligible new and existing residential customers who agree to take BT Together Option 2 for a minimum period of 18 months. This tariff is available for new supply from 1st February 2008.

This tariff allows customers selecting an 18 month contract on BT Together Option 2 to benefit from a discount of £3.45per month for 18 months. Evening and Weekend calls, to UK+ landlines, for up to an hour, will be provided at no extra cost for 18 months, rising to £3.45 thereafter. For the first 18 months, the total package fee will amount to £10.45* per month.

We will apply monthly credits of £3.45to the customer's bill in the Promotions Discount section.

Customers taking this tariff must remain on BT Together Option 2 for 18 months from the date of sign up.

Customers ceasing service during the minimum term of the tariff will be asked to pay, as a single payment, a sum which is equal to the total of the standard BT Together Option 2 charges left in the 18 month minimum term. This charge is £14.45 per month.

Service is provided under the Conditions for Telephony Services and the additional conditions set out below:

1. BT Together - Local Calls Option, BT Working Together, BT Working Together Talk, Light User Scheme and In Contact Plus are no longer available for new supply, so customers taking this tariff will not be able to return to these packages.

2. Customers may not upgrade to BT Together Option 3 within the 18 month minimum period, nor may they downgrade to Option 1.

3. Customers who qualify for BT Basic may migrate without fulfilling the remainder of their 18 month minimum term.

4. Customers moving home and retaining an account with BT will take the remaining period of the minimum term with them.

5. At the end of the minimum term of 18 months, customers will remain on BT Together Option 2 and pay the normal fee, of £13.95* (inc VAT) per month. Customers wishing to move to a new option at the end of the minimum term of 18 months may do so by contacting BT.

6. Customers who have taken any other BT Together offer and are still in term are excluded from this tariff.

7. BT reserves the right to withdraw this tariff at any time.

8. All prices are subject to change.

+UK means Local and National calls, excluding calls to non-geographic numbers (e.g. 0845, 0870), Premium Rate services, operator -controlled calls, calls to the internet, information and paging services and the Channel Islands. Redial after an hour to avoid call charges. Other exclusions apply.

* For Customers who have Paper-free billing and pay by Direct Debit or Monthly Payment Plan.

If you do not pay by Direct Debit ot Monthly Payment Plan you will be charged a payment processing fee of £1.50 per month £4.50 for every three month period by BT Payment Services Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of BT. This fee is not subject to VAT. This fee will be deducted from any money paid before any payment is allocated against charges for your service. You will not be charged a payment processing fee if you are a Pay&Call, Light User Scheme, In Contact Plus or BT Basic Customer. All amounts due which are not paid by Direct Debit or Monthly Payment Plan will be collected by BT Payment Services Limited. The £1.26 Paper-free billing discount is only available to customers paying by Direct Debit or the Monthly Payment Plan and who spend at least £10.49 on rental charges. Not all of our services are available for Paper-free billing.
