This product is no longer available for new supply from 1 June 2003

• Service is provided under the Conditions for BT Telephony Service as amended by the conditions below.
• 1. The zero pence per minute Local rates available within the BT Together - Local Calls Option are intended for voice calls only and apply to the first hour of the call (after which time, the post - 1 hour call charges in table 1a apply). BT reserves the right to charge the rates in table 1b for the full duration of the call where the call has been made, for example, the purpose of accessing the Internet.
• 2. BT reserves the right to withdraw the BT Together - Local Calls Option from a customer where use of this service, in BT's option, risks degradation of service levels to other customers and/or puts BT's network at risk.
• 3. BT reserves the right to withdraw the BT Together - Local Calls Option from a customer where this service is being used for purposes that, in BT's opinion, are not in keeping with those reasonably expected of a Residential customer. e.g. Telemarketing.
• 4. Friends & Family and Friends & Family Overseas or Friends & Family Auto Update plus Best Friend discounts will apply as normal to the non-zero BT Together - Local Calls Option reduced prices.
• 5. Calling Plans/BT Together- Local Calls Option connection prices (hereafter referred to as BT Together connection prices) are only available where BT's standard connection prices would otherwise be payable.
• 6. Early termination charges will apply on cessation of a PSTN line before expiry of the minimum period of service.
