These tariffs are applicable to Internet Service Providers providing internet services to customers of Schools' Internet Caller and Public Institutions' Internet Caller.

The per minute charges always apply during the specified periods. Per minute charges are not reduced by call originators purchasing inclusive evening or weekend Schools' Internet Caller or Public Institutions' Internet Caller packages.
