(a) Standard Dedicated Connection charge

(b) In addition to the 'up to 10km' standard Dedicated Connections rental charge

(m) Upgrades and downgrades will involve a break in service. There may be circumstances where it is not possible to upgrade or downgrade a customer's Dedicated Connection.

(n) Migration downgrades will be permitted after one year's rental.

(p) Incoming service only at present. Charges indicated will be applicable when bothway service is available.

(q) Includes traffic to Data Network Identification Code (DNIC) 2344.

(r) Includes former USSR states apart from the Ukraine and Belarus.

(s) All calls within the UK (except Minicalls) incur a minimum charge of 0.040 kilosegments (40 segments).

(t) Calls are charged in steps of 1 segment (volume). 1 segment is the equivalent of up to 64 characters or bytes of data.

(u) The minimum call fee is equivalent to 20 segments.

(v) LOWER CHARGE - Any volume in excess of 500 Kilosegments of data to Europe or to North America or to Rest of the World from any one Network User Address in a normal billing quarter is charged at the lower charge rate (167 Kilosegments per month for monthly billed customers).

(w) Standard Rates: Monday-Saturday, 7am-7pm.

Cheap Rates: Other times, Christmas Day and New Year's Day.

Low Rates: Monday-Saturday, 7am-7pm, where volume exceeds 1300 kilosegments from only one NUA in each billing quarter.

(x) Minicalls are charged on a 'per occasion volume only charge' corresponding to 30 segments.
