Who is it for?
ServiceView Shared Workspace is available to account managed BT customers. These are usually larger companies, organisations and institutions.

This form of online working is particularly valuable to customers who want to get more from their relationship with BT and have a need to share information and meet regularly.

How do I get it?
A dedicated Shared Workspace for your organisation can be established within a week. Please contact your BT account manager - or your internal communications group - to confirm whether all Shared Workspace features are available to you. The account manager will then need names and e-mail addresses of all people you wish to use the Shared Workspace. If your organisation currently has access to a Shared Workspace new members can be added at any time.
