Shared Workspace is a private area managed
specifically to meet the needs of your organisation. It contains customised
features to act as a single environment for managing your daily communications
needs.
Members of your Shared Workspace are agreed between you and your BT
account team. Members can be added and removed as you wish. Contact
lists within Shared Workspace can be fully customised to include the
people you need, including automatic conference and e-mail links to
them. Company logos may be included and additional web pages can be
built to meet corporate style guidelines. Links to any public web
pages may be added to the Shared Workspace homepage to provide access
to as many services as possible.
Some Shared Workspaces have been developed to provide a single web
environment for customers, allowing them to complete all their daily
tasks from a single place.
The customised capabilities of Shared Workspace allow organisations
to work more efficiently using an interface with BT based on their
own needs and groups of features relevant to roles of their people.
